Apex Wheelworks is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle. Customers should also disclose any pre-existing conditions or modifications to their vehicle that may affect the detailing process.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Apex Wheelworks takes utmost care in providing its services, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

6. Car Condition and Expectations

The final outcome of detailing services depends on the vehicle's initial condition, age, and type of damage. While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all imperfections, stains, or damage. Expectations will be discussed during initial consultation.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Apex Wheelworks or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law
